FAQ
Who can use the app?
Anyone aged 18 to 26, local or on Erasmus. We check your age with a photo of your ID card, NIE or passport.
I'm 26, can I join?
Yes: you have access until the day before you turn 27.
Is there a commitment?
No. The monthly plan cancels in one tap in the app and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
What's the difference between deals?
"Once a day" deals can be reused every 24 h, monthly ones once a month and welcome deals just once per venue.
Can I share my account?
No: accounts are personal. Your name and verified age show on the screen you show to the staff.
What happens to my ID?
Only our team sees it to check your age, and it's deleted as soon as it's approved.
Why only up to 26?
Venues offer big deals in exchange for bringing in young people. Opening it to everyone would mean weaker deals.
Where does it work?
All over Barcelona: venues are spread across the city (Eixample, El Born, Gràcia, Sant Antoni, Poble-sec, Poblenou…) and the map shows you the closest ones.
